01 When will Jardi ship?

Our first run ships autumn 2026. If you've reserved a unit, we'll email before any payment is taken.
02 Can I try Jardi before I buy?

Live with it for thirty days. If it isn't right, send it back — we cover postage.
03 What does the warranty cover?

Two years from frame to wheels for manufacturing defects under ordinary use.
04 How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days Australia-wide once your order is dispatched.
